How do I create a product on Ordafy?
Creating a product listing is simple! Sign up for a free Ordafy account, then click 'Create Product' in your dashboard. Fill in your product details including title, description, pricing, and variants. Once you're ready, click 'Publish' to make your product live. How do I create a service on Ordafy?
To list a service, sign up for Ordafy and enable service provider in your account. Go to your dashboard and click 'Create Service'. Add your service name, description, category (e.g. Cleaning, Tutoring, Beauty & Hair), pricing (e.g. hourly or fixed), availability, and photos. Set your calendar and booking options, then publish. What payment methods do you accept?
Ordafy accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring your financial information is protected.
Pricing
How much does it cost to use Ordafy?
Ordafy offers flexible pricing. For product orders, we charge a platform service fee per order (7%, minimum $0.75, maximum $50). Service bookings have a separate fee. This all-inclusive fee covers payment processing. There are no upfront costs or monthly fees. Customers pay only for their orders and bookings—there are no hidden fees. Orders & Bookings
Can I get a refund for an order or booking?
Refund policies are set by individual providers. When ordering or booking, you'll see the provider's refund policy. Many providers offer full refunds up to a certain date. To request a refund, contact the provider directly through the listing page, or reach out to Ordafy support if you need assistance.
How do I transfer an order or booking to someone else?
If transfers are enabled by the provider, you can transfer from your Ordafy dashboard. Go to 'My Orders' or 'My Service Bookings', select the item, and follow the transfer option. Enter the recipient's email and they'll receive instructions. Some listings may have transfer restrictions or deadlines.
What happens if my order or booking is cancelled?
If an order or booking is cancelled, you'll receive an email notification with information about refunds. Most providers automatically process refunds. If you don't receive a refund within 5-7 business days, contact the provider or Ordafy support for assistance.
How do I check in or collect my order?
For service bookings or pickups, present your confirmation or QR code (on your phone or printed) when you arrive. Staff will scan to verify. For virtual or online services, you'll receive a link via email before the session. Check your email (including spam) for access information.
How do I access my orders and bookings?
After ordering or booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can also access all your orders and service bookings anytime by logging into your Ordafy account and going to your dashboard. From there, you can view details, download confirmations, and access QR codes where applicable.
How do I contact providers (products or services)?
You can contact providers directly through the listing page. Look for the 'Contact Provider' button on product or service pages to send a message. Providers typically respond within 24-48 hours. For urgent matters, you can also reach out to Ordafy support.
How do I find products and services near me?
Use Ordafy's location-based search to find products and services near you. Enter your city or allow location access, and browse by category (e.g. products like Food & Beverage or Arts & Crafts, or services like Cleaning, Tutoring, Beauty & Hair). Filter by date, price, and ratings. Save listings you're interested in to your account for easy access later.
For Providers
Can I list free products?
Yes! Ordafy supports free products. You can create products with $0 price, and there are no platform fees for free product orders. This is perfect for workshops, classes, and free offerings. You can still collect customer information and manage orders.
How do I promote my product or service?
Ordafy provides built-in marketing tools for both products and services. Share your listing link on social media, send it via email, or use our email campaign features. Your listing will appear in Ordafy's discovery pages (products and services). For best results, promote at least 4-6 weeks ahead and use multiple channels. Can I create recurring products or services?
Yes! When creating a product or service, you can set it up as recurring with daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. Each occurrence can have its own pricing and capacity limits. This is perfect for weekly classes, monthly workshops, or series offerings.
What can I list on Ordafy?
Ordafy supports physical and digital products (retail, crafts, downloads) and bookable services (cleaning, tutoring, beauty, consulting, events, and more). You can list products for sale, services for booking, or both. There's no limit to the categories you can use!
How do I set up product variants or pricing?
When creating your product, you can add multiple variants in the product setup. For each variant, set the name (e.g. 'Standard', 'Premium', 'Bundle'), price, quantity limit (if any), and sale dates. You can create as many variants as needed, each with different pricing and availability.
Can I use promo codes for discounts?
Yes! Ordafy supports promo codes that you can create in your product settings. Set discount amounts (percentage or fixed), usage limits, and expiration dates. Share codes with your audience via email, social media, or other channels. Customers can apply codes during checkout.
How do I get paid as a provider?
After orders are completed or service bookings are fulfilled, funds are automatically transferred to your connected bank account. Transfers typically take 1-2 business days. You can set up your payout information in your provider dashboard under 'Payment Settings'. We support bank transfers and other payment methods depending on your location.
Can I integrate Ordafy with other tools?
Yes! Ordafy offers API access and integrations with popular tools like email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Check out our API documentation or contact support to learn about available integrations and how to set them up.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! Ordafy uses industry-leading security measures to protect your payment information. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, which is the highest level of security certification. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are encrypted.

What happens to my data?
Ordafy takes data privacy seriously. We only collect information necessary to provide our services. Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, and improve your experience. How do I book a service?
Browse available services on Ordafy using our service discovery page. Filter by location, capacity, amenities, and price. When you find a service you like, click 'Book Now' and select your dates and times. The service provider will review your request and confirm availability. Once confirmed, you'll complete payment for the booking deposit.
How do I list my service on Ordafy?
Sign up as a service provider and create a service listing. Add photos, description, amenities, pricing, and availability calendar. Once your service is approved, it will appear in search results. You'll receive booking requests from customers and can accept or decline them. There's no cost to list your service—you only pay a platform fee when bookings are completed.
What fees apply to service bookings?
For service bookings, Ordafy charges a 10% platform service fee (minimum $0.95) on the total booking amount. This all-inclusive fee covers payment processing. These fees are transparently displayed before you complete your booking. Service providers receive the full booking amount as the charges are transferred to customers.
How do I check service availability?
Each service listing shows a real-time availability calendar. You can see which dates are available, booked, or blocked. When booking, select your preferred dates and times, and the system will automatically check availability. If your requested dates aren't available, you'll see alternative options or can contact the service provider directly.
How does the service booking process work?
The booking process is simple: 1) Browse and select a service, 2) Choose your dates and times, 3) Submit a booking request, 4) Service provider reviews and confirms, 5) Pay the deposit (typically 30% of total), 6) Pay the remaining balance 7 days before the booking date, 7) Check in or receive the service on your booking date. You can communicate with the service provider through the built-in messaging system.
When do service providers get paid?
Service providers receive payouts 7 days after the booking check-out date. The payout includes the full booking amount as the charges are transferred to customers. Payments are processed automatically to your connected Stripe account. You can track all bookings and payouts in your service provider dashboard.
Can I cancel a service booking?
Cancellation policies vary by service and are clearly stated in each service listing. Most services offer full refunds if cancelled more than 30 days before the booking date, with partial refunds for later cancellations. Check the service's cancellation policy before booking. To cancel, go to your bookings dashboard and follow the cancellation process.
How do I manage my service's availability calendar?
As a service provider, you can manage your availability calendar from your service dashboard. Block dates when your service is unavailable, set different pricing for peak/off-peak times, and sync with external calendars like Google Calendar. The calendar automatically updates in real-time, preventing double bookings.
Can I set different pricing for my service?
Yes! Service providers can set flexible pricing models including hourly, daily, weekly, or fixed rates. You can also set different prices for peak times, weekends, or special dates. Add optional fees like cleaning fees or security deposits. All pricing is clearly displayed to potential bookers before they make a reservation.
How do service reviews work?
After a completed booking, both the customer and service provider can leave reviews. Reviews help build trust and help future users make informed decisions. Reviews include ratings and written feedback. You can respond to reviews to address any concerns or thank customers for positive feedback.
What information should I include in my service listing?
A complete service listing should include: high-quality photos, detailed description, capacity and options, amenities (if applicable), location and accessibility information, pricing and booking terms, availability calendar, and policies. The more information you provide, the more likely customers will book your service.
Can I book a service for multiple dates?
Yes! When booking a service, you can select multiple dates for recurring bookings. The service provider will review all dates and confirm availability. You'll pay for all bookings upfront or according to the service's payment schedule. This is perfect for weekly classes, monthly workshops, or series bookings.
