Refund eligibility and time limits are set by providers (for product orders and service bookings). Ordafy does not set these rules; we process refunds according to the policy shown on each listing at the time of purchase.
For providers and service providers: Ordafy holds customer payments until after the product or service is delivered and a short refund window. Funds are payable to you only after those eligibility conditions are met. See our Terms of Service for full payout and fund-holding terms.
Request a refund from your account: Dashboard → Orders (products) or My Service Bookings (services). Select the order or booking and follow the refund option. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a dispute about a refund, contact the provider or service first. Chargebacks (disputes raised with your card issuer) may result in account restrictions. See our Terms of Service for more on refunds and chargebacks.
